This is a typical itinerary for this product

Stop At: Ramon Crater Visitor Center - Makhtesh Ramon, Rehov Maale Ben Tur, Mitspe Ramon 1527600 Israel

Most of our tours begin here but should you prefer a pick up from your hotel or guest house that is also fine. After picking up we will stop at the top of the pass that decends down in to and around the Ramon Machtesh

Duration: 15 minutes

Stop At: Ramon Crater, Mitspe Ramon Israel

Our next stop is in the Ramon river bed, a normaly dry watercourse where we will explain all about the geology of this amazing errosive cavity and why it is not a “crater”.

Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Ramon Crater, Mitspe Ramon Israel

A good guide gauges his clients as he goes and also takes the prevailing weather conditions in to account, our next stop (especially on a hot day) could be in the shade of a big Accacia tree or at a Neolitic (stoneage) archaelogical site.

Get high, legally :-), we always stop on the top of Mt Gvanim for a stunning view of the whole “crater”
