We loved our stay at The Brown Hotel! Charming older hotel. Restaurant/bars were wonderful, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Location was a little away from 4th St and Whiskey Row, but easy 1 mile walk to attractions. Highly recommend The Brown Hotel!

21c in Louisville is always awesome. The property is well appointed and attractive. The staff is friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food is first rate and there is always so much to look at. It’s my favorite hotel in Louisville.

The only issue I had was I thought parking should be free especially with how much it cost to stay there. And no refrigerator in the room. But I will say the beds and pillows were the most comfortable I have laid on.

Enjoyed our stay for Churchill Opening Day. Staff was wonderful and even worked with us to help check in early. The Dining area crew were also amazing. No complaints. Will stay again.

Staff was honestly pretty rude in their responses, but gave us what we asked for spoke with two different team members. Breakfast was good and the room was a little outdated. (Specially the bathroom) There are quite a few things good to do near by.
