My 1st room had no hot water then I paid extra for a balcony. The balcony was nothing like it showed on the Internet they move that to another room due to the first room not having hot water in the second room didn’t have hot water until later on that night so we had to shower and cold water

The place is moldy and the kitchen units don’t work properly. Someone pulled thebfire alarm in tye middle of the night and the person on staff had no explanation and mostly ignored the group of us as we stood outside waiting for a conclusion. This place sucks.
