Would not let us leave for Dallas for 3 hours, required us to travel by foot what's sending like 2 mi for a plane connection that did not wait on us or others from several other in-flights. Then where you were told since we missed the connection that we would have to buy another ticket to get to Jacksonville Florida but after four different call center personnel I thought you understood that it was the American airlines that caused the missed flight. Thankfully the fourth person found us a flight 6 hours later and to Jacksonville Florida. No one would help us at several of the American airlines gate desks. We found an American airlines customer service counter but found ourselves 70th in line where we stood for 3 hours before making a successful connection with a service manager (?). Each flight was fine, it was just being not considered bye American airlines has no meaning help for their problem.
