Nice boutique hotel with an emphasis on pleasant and friendly service. Only good things to say about the staff and facility.

Had a great stay with beautiful sunset views. Great staff! Enjoyed 1/2 day LA tour which picked up right at the Shore hotel. Enjoyed drives on the coast with easy access, to all sites, aside from normal LA traffic.

I've stayed at a few hotels around Universal for our annual Horror Nights trip and this is by far the best. Clean and safe parking lots, comfortable and clean rooms, quiet, and a convenient bus from the front door straight to Universal. Only complaint is the bus pauses in the hour I would most want ...

This hotel is everything you want a hotel to be. It was modern, updated, the staff was friendly, the atmosphere was great and you knew the stay was going to be great.

This is a great hotel close to LAX.

Clean room and friendly staff. A convenience store was available along with different restaurants on site I will definitely stay there again.

Our stay was fantastic. Clean, warm, no funky smells. Service was great, responsive to texts. We got to rent some umbrellas during the storm, it was nice that they had some available for guests. I have already recommended it to family. Cool historic spot.
