Cons: Stayed with two 2 year olds, kids club closed early most days and left to figure out entertainment which was the escalator since we had been out in the pool all day. The buffet was only available for breakfast and lunch and I couldn’t go to the dinner venues because they wouldn’t let me bring my service dog. You also had to pay additional cost for the sun lounges around the resort.

Excellent staff, great food, and super clean. Excellent property all around. We loved how everything is close and the peaceful and relaxing vibe all around.

Highly recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed all over isla and this is the best place I’ve stayed yet. Excellent customer service and comfortable stay.

Great location, although a 3 star that could very easily be a 4 star with a few more room amenities (i.e. daily water, coffee machine, etc. at the same great price, or slightly more. Keep it affordable for locals. 9 years and love the spot.

Good Custumer Service. All departments which I interact with were very polite and helpful (Restaurant Buffet- both of them, Front Desk, Greco Bar and Sport Bar) just to mention a few of them.

The room is spotless & we were accompanied to our room & shown how to operate the TV, the fan & the lights. Very helpful.

I love this place! Not super renovated but it has everything you need, it’s very and big and great for you to walk around and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. The kids play area was very cool too. We definitely plan to come back.
