We’ve been coming here for years! The place is amazing but even more impressive are the Staff Members that have been there for years their attention to detail is incredible.

The beds are comfortable!! Housekeepers were awesome! The food options were great but food labels need some work. They were misleading and didn’t have details in English.

the only thing that was a bummer was all the seaweed on the beach, a seasonal thing but the stay was amazing, staff and the community was terrific. the room we had a penthouse, highly suggested with the jacuzzi, we had a few visitors, a few monkeys trying to drink the water from jacuzzi lol

I like everything about it

Room was very comfortable with lots of space, balcony with view of pools, and ocean. The Pools were the most fun part of the day to spend at. Overall very relaxing with good variety of food options to try.

The location is perfect as it’s only about 2 blocks away from the malecon. Short walk to the Zona Romantica. The pool area looked way better in pictures (it’s a small patio rooftop with some chairs and a very small pool prob big enough for 4 people). Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. I would ...

It’s a really good resort. Really enjoyed the swim up suites. It would be have been great if all of the restaurants were open every night. They rotate during the week and you only have 2 or 3 to choose from. It was an overall good experience though.

This is my go to place to get away from the chaos of the world! My sanctuary

I rated all 5 stars for the simple fact that Expedia continued booking despite Sunscape shutting down. However, when we arrived they were able to move us next door to Dreams and our service the entire process and confusion was wonderful.

El hotel esta siendo restaurado y aun le falta. El servicio tiene actitud pero le falta capacitacion si quieren volver a ser 5 estrellas.

Hotel is in a good location, taxis outside the door to take you where you want. Hotel bar was never open and room service selection was not that great.

The stay in the resort for me and my family was amazing we enjoy it every second there, the show nights the activity in the day and the foods are amazing all of the restaurant and buffet, the drinks are so good too, thanks ocean coral we really wanna go back so soon, we love Cancun♥️

Great hotel for its price, rooms were clean and the pools too. Beautifully decorated with plants and decore. Walkable to most things. Has THE BEST pizza shop a door away called CORAL vegan pizza.

Nice hotel but no ac (just a fan) and no elevators. We walked up and down a maze of stairs to find our room. It was actually fun for me but I did not have a lot of luggage. Place is nice. Pool was kind of dirty. No beach access- just scary rocks. But it is pretty.

Everything was awesome only downfall is crazy partiers at all hours of the day.
