great hotel, location and staff!

Excellent

The facilities were clean, and the staff were generally friendly, although a few employees were less welcoming. As for the food, the Italian restaurant was by far the best.

Several staff members were rude to us. Food selection and quality was awful. They were constantly out of EVERYTHING. Half of the nights they didn’t have any ice cream by 7pm (after dinner). Our room could have been cleaner. Only thing we really enjoyed was the pool.

The front desk staff was amazing. Special shout out to Demetrius and Randy you are so fortunate to have them representing your company. We came across so many employees that made our 39th anniversary so special. Thanks for an amazing stay. And we can't wait for our next visit. The Carey's

The Cove was a great place to visit. However, the food there is very expensive and not worth the prices. One may feel to go downtown where the food can be cheaper adds another hefty taxi fee to your bill.

I like the pool. Rooms and bathroom needs some update. I would rather stay to a newer one if I had choice.

Well first of all, the property is beautiful but needs basic upkeep. Noone cleaned our room the entire stay. I saw trash that was there when I arrived and still there when I left 4 days later. The best thing about this property is the location. The beach is right there. The neighboring restaurants are also a plus. The rooms were clean, but this hotel needs major renovations. The rooms are incredibly dark and give a depressing feeling. Overall facility just needs a rehab

Terrible restaurant service. Food is bad, service is worse if they actually get to notice you. Rooms are ok. Bathrooms are old and need an upgrade. Pool side is small. The beach is nice here.

Just go here! Great stay, great food, great service. Fun water slides but if you want to chill you can find places to unwind. Beaches are amazing with sweet chairs with sun shades. Water is crystal clear and even when it got busy at the resort, it wasn’t crowded. Loved every second!!

Very overpriced for meals and drinks. Suite was nice, but it should be for an extra $900 per week. Good location. Taxi rides expensive. Beach was nice but once you get in the water the bottom is either muddy or slimy.

Cero amabilidad.. hacen cambios y no los informan rapido. Maybe es mi experiencia pero ya los habia visitado antes y era todo lo contrario. Tienen las facilidades a su alrededor en optimas condiciones. En cuanto a las habitaciones deben de tener el mismo cuidado que le dan a sus alrededores.
