Both Hongxiao and Gimpo airports are among the fastest I've seen for immigration and safety inspection. And short walk to and from boarding.
FYI- from Shanghai to Hong Kong, from SHA depart from Terminal 1, not Terminal 2. Can be a problem if you have luggage!
