Person next to me was too big for his seat
The "Class" system is embarrassing with 5 clearly being the lowest, poorest, least desirable and unfortunate all about $$$
You should seat window seats first!!
Boring flight nothing to watch
Helped with wheelchair.
Cre me and staff did a great job keeping us informed and working with us through all the weather-caused complications.
The plane was cramped and bathroom inadequate but it was quiet and relaxing which I believe helped in me not getting air sick.
The seats are to small
We were given the last two seats on the plane - next to the galley - since we couldn’t get our seat assignments until we checked in in Salt Lake! Ugh.
Baggage service at arrival substandard. Call me to get my bag claiming there was a theft problem with the airport Then, when I went to get my bag they declined to check my claim ticket to verify???
Next time I won’t select exit row seats
Staff was a little snippy with me when I tried to go to ladies room, I was very disappointed
