Baggage fee is absurd
Would love an upgraded seat and they were available
Good overhead space
Thank you for making traveling a great experience!
Lots to better. The service remains the same since 1970. The international airport of Cusco infrastructure is ridiculously old. No one changes anything in the many years and many tourists that have travelled. Same with the roads and parking around the airport. The roads are one of the worst conditioned ones you can find from the City of Cusco. On the other hand, Lima airport is so disorganized and populated. Transit to reach the airport is one of the worst ones in hours of high traffic in Lima. Lack of training and information by all airlines and airport signs.
Staff was on it. First class!
The flight was very good. My main complaint is the long layover in Lima Peru. As a Legal Professional, the immigration officer #20 was very racist towards myself and another black man. I never want a layover in that country again. If i have to layover there i will never fly with your Airlines. I'm going to contact the American State Department and file an official complaint of his racist action. I once again say thanks for your service.
A beautiful trip on time!
Both planes were old, my entertainment screen was not working well
I would like to commend Layla, the flight attendant on the trip from Lima to Los Angeles. She was very friendly and helpful.
