Soekarno-Hatta is the primary airport that serves the residents and visitors of this island of Indonesia. The facility was named after the president and the vice president of the country, respectively. While this location primarily serves the area of Jakarta, it is located around 12 miles west of the capital city.
The Soekarno-Hatta airport has four terminals, plus a freight terminal that specializes in both domestic and international cargo.
