Nice rooms that were decent sized for such a central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside was NO AIR CONDITIONING, although provided 2 fans in my room. But in August it still led to me having poor sleep. I note this as it’s the first and only time I’ve stayed in a hotel in a major city that lacked A/C. Another downside is if you leave luggage behind, it’s kept in the open where often there is no hotel staff to ensure bags are secure. But other than these two nitpicks, it was a wonderful stay.

This was a quick stop for us as we traversed by train from Venice to Paris. The hotel is a few easy blocks from the train station and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The room was clean and comfy, and the staff was spot-on.

Very nice people. Fantastic location very close to Zurich HB and just off of banhofstrasse. More of a b&b type place, so just be sure that’s what you’re looking for. Food credit given if you book through Expedia, a nice touch!
