Bed was awful, so uncomfortable. I’ve had the worst couple of nights sleep in a hotel ever. The pool was freezing cold so my son could only swim for a short time as he was so cold. The staff were pleasant but that’s about it. This establishment is not 4 stars…Avoid at all cost!

Very good stay

Run away from breakfast!!!

Everything was good except the breakfast. Indeed, it was a nightmare. NO more cups, mugs, plates. Moreover, no more fruit salad, pancakes. Every one was in a rush trying to find something to put the food on when there was something to eat. Lastly, I've paid 36 CHF for one breakfast. Very expensive for a so bad experience!!!
