This hotel was the most expensive for the value hotel I've stayed at. The bed was the most uncomfortable sleep I've ever had and will need a chiropractor to correct my back. Having a plug near the bed would have been nice but yet I'm disappointed again.

The rooms are small and spare, but comfortable. We needed a place to sleep, and shower, and it fit the need. It's super convenient to the tram. The breakfast buffet is good, and at 10 euros/person, a very good value. If you're looking for luxury, this isn't it. If you want a clean place to rest your head, that's convenient to Zurich and it' a good option.
I was there two nights and I was rather sick that whole time. Therefore, I spent a bit of time resting in my room. It was very comfortable. The soup at the regular ibis is very good and the location is close to lots of sightseeing.

Mattress sucked, too hard. Budget hotel means budget everything, 2 towels! No wash cloth, no hand towel. Pillows? Felt like I was camping.
