Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Hotel ist ideal zu Kunsthaus, Theater und Universität in einem ruhigen Teil der Altstadt gelegen. Geschmackvolle und dezente Einrichtung mit schönen Möbeln. Das Zimmer und auch das Badezimmer für den Preis allerdings zu klein. Gutes aber nicht üppiges Frühstück.

Sehr nettes kleines Hotel mit besonders zuvorkommendem Service. Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage, sind kleiner als man erwartet, aber sehr ordentlich. Bäder sind sauber aber sehr klein und nicht mehr ganz State of Art. Frühstück ist sehr gut, Restaurant noch nicht getestet, Karte ist aber verlockend.

I have stayed at the Florhof many times over the years, and despite several changes in ownership, I still find it a goto place in Zurich. This time did not disappoint. Their restaurant is especially remarkable.

The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly and accommodating . We liked the location. On the down side, the breakfast was the same every morning and nothing hot. We were there 6 nights so it got a bit old. A bit more in hospitality would have been nice. There was no coffee or tea available in your room. You had to go down and get it in the library/bar and then it was added to your bill. It would have been nice if there was a social opportunity with wine and cheese as there are at many other hotels.
