Your approx. 50 sqm holiday home half 8RB1 (non-smoking) is built in a maisonette style over 2 floors and connected with an open staircase. In front of the living area on the ground floor there is a beautiful south-facing terrace with a green view of your own garden area. In the cozy living area with a seating area, free Wi-Fi access and a large flat screen TV you will find a dining area in addition to the adjoining kitchen. In the kitchen area you will find an oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle and other useful kitchen aids. The bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet is also on the ground floor. Underfloor heating on the entire ground floor will contribute to your well-being. On the upper floor you will find the sleeping area with a double bed and wardrobe. With its own garden and green surroundings, this apartment is perfect for children and pets.
