"House Waterkant" - the apartment with a view of the Baltic Sea - is located directly on the beach promenade. In the equipped with every comfort apartment you will feel completely comfortable. Very quickly you leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind. No noise will disturb your sleep except the sound of the Baltic Sea. From the house it is only a few meters to the wide, sandy beach. The center of Zinnowitz, with its restaurants and shops, is in the immediate vicinity. The island of Usedom meets with your variety almost every holiday. Spend an eventful, relaxing holiday.

Apartment Sadewasser:
The 2-room comfort apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and is divided into a living room with open and fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed, safe, ironing board and iron. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray, hairdryer and make-up mirror. From the living room you can reach the beautiful green terrace with sea view.
