Good location. USA traveler. The breakfast was just fine. There is a Starbucks and McDonalds just down the street. Great walking path along a nearby waterway. There are some good local not expensive restaurants in the area. People arw nice and do their best with English.

Great hotel. Clean and goòd staff. Old furniture needs updating. Locatiin is not so bad u can find fast food in a walking distance. Great breakfast.wow. value for money is excellent. Note they speak average english which is hard to find in zhengzhou.

鄭州希爾頓酒店, 不可能說是五星級酒店的標準, 需則我及家人已是該酒店多年的會員. 分別住過不同地方的希爾頓酒店, 但鄭州希爾頓酒店提供的服務, 可以說十分差勁. 在這裡分享一下, 因女兒在酒店的房間弄傷手指, 分別打給前台及管房, 要求提供一塊小膠布處理. 但她們只說沒有可以提供. 我女兒說, 如要收費都可以的. 但員工都說沒法提供. 她唯有自己上街尋找小膠布吧. 這裡, 決不是前台前線員工的錯誤. 酒店的管理層們. 你們管理的鄭州希爾頓酒店. 在五星級的標準,可以說十分馬虎. 不能說有提供服務. 我會考慮不再入住希爾頓的酒店

ホテル自体はさすがにヒルトンだけあり、清潔、快適でした。　こちらに入っているイタリア料理店で食事をさせて頂きましたが、値段的にはかなりお高めでしたが本格的で非常においしかったです。 ただ、一点だけ朝食込みのプランでHotels.comを通して予約をし、チェックイン時も朝食込みとのことでしたが朝食のレストランに行ったら込みではないということで、フロントと１５分以上もめることとなりました。結果的には２部屋予約しておりもう一つはちゃんと朝食込みとなっていたため納得を頂き処理できましたが、朝食を頂く時間がほとんどなくなってしまいました。こちらだけ残念でしたが、対応頂いたフロントの方英語が流暢でしたので問題はありましたがまだ印象としてはさほど悪くありませんでした。

Staying in this hotel for 2 nights. The staff are super nice and friendly. The room is spacious and very clean and tidy. We had to catch an early flight on the second day of stay. Asked the concierge to book the taxi in advance and they were so considerate to remind us to get the packed breakfast. The packed breakfast really saved our stomach when waiting for the flight at the airport. Highly recommend this Hilton hotel.

The hotel was clean. The in room food service was catch and go for accurate order. The laundry service was poor. Items returned dirty but folded nice and neat. Only stayed 2 nights. Check clothes when you get them back, or do not use service. Very poor. Had to re-wash. Did not find out until at next location.
