The apartment is located directly on Plazza Gronda - the main square in Lavin - and is still very quiet thanks to the bypass road. The Piz Linard Hotel with restaurant and known for its exciting cultural offerings is just a stone's throw away, as is the Volg grocery store and the famous Giacometti bakery for fine fresh rolls or a typical Engadiner nut tart, which is just a minute's walk away.
From the underground parking, you can reach the apartment via elevator or stairs. The apartment features a cozy living room with a fireplace, the heart of the apartment, with an open dining area and access to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an oversized Swiss stone pine bed (180 x 210 cm). Good sleep is guaranteed here! The second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for relaxed holidays. A dishwasher, a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are available to our guests.

Wir waren mit der Ferienwohnung restlos zufrieden. Das Dorf Lavin und seine Umgebung sind wunderschön. Die Anbindung mit der Bahn ist perfekt. Alles in allem ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt werden wir gerne wieder kommen.
