Schöne lichtdurchflutete saubere Wohnung

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung, sauber und mit kurzem Fußweg zum Meer. Den Schlüssel muss man im Nachbarort holen. Die naheliegende Strasse bzw. Bahn ist auf dem schönen und großen Balkon deutlich zu hören. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Tolle Ferien in Zempin

Die Ferienwohnung 47 im Haus Südwind war optimal als Ausgangspunkt für längere Radtouren am Meer entlang gelegen. Obwohl sie eine der 8 Wohnungen in der obersten Etage war, hat man keinen Seeblick, was uns aber nicht gestört hat, da wir den ganzen Tag mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß am Meer unterwegs waren. Das Haus ist nicht mehr topaktuell, aber alles funktioniert und ist sauber. Den "Wellnessbereich" habe wir wegen des anhaltend guten Wetters nicht genutzt. Er sah aber gut aus. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Usedom im Herbst

Ein sehr schöne und sonnige Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und mit einer großen Terrasse. Wir haben uns sehr gefühlt. Wenige Meter zur Ostsee und zu gastronomischen Einrichtungen. Hervorragend sind Schwimmbad, Sauna und Fitnissgeräte im Untergeschoss, besonders ideal für Senioren Die Sauberkeit im Innen-u. Aussenbereich ist sehr gut.

Es war sehr schön

Objekt schön, "Balkon" toll, Mückengitter an allen Türen ,top. Sonnenschutz Top, Hauptproblem Wasserdruck. Nicht immer Wasser zur Hauptzeit(morgens 8.30-9.30 ) abends ähnlich. Kann man aber mit arbeiten. 2tes Problem. Küche. Sehr hübsch, aber nicht alles vorhanden.Mikrowelle gibt es nicht. Das ist mir wichtig , naja weil nützlich. Töpfe etc, da fehlt es oftmals an nicht ganz groß und nicht ganz Klein. Die Mitte. Könnte man vielleicht nachschärfen. Kaffemaschine (Filter ) ist auch recht verbraucht. Da geht es mit wenig Geldeinsatz ganz schnell ne bessere zu haben- auch Filter. Sauberkeit gut.

Große Ferienwohnung mit Fahrstuhl und großem Balkon.

Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Es war alles vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Geschirrspüler, Backofen. Sogar einen wäscheständer gab es und die Möglichkeit im Keller zu waschen gegen ein kleines Entgelt.

Fantastisch

Ankommen und wohlfühlen? Super Wohnung, Terrasse super, mit Blick in die Baumwipfel, die beiden Strandkörbe wurden fleißig genutzt. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Einziges Manko, der Lärm der Straße. Trotzdem volle Punktzahl, weil wir uns sonst rundum wohl gefühlt und erholt haben

Absolut empfehlenswert

Schöne Wohlfühlwohnung, sehr gemütlich, gut ausgestattet mit einem super Ausblick von der riesigen Terrasse. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Nutzung von Sauna und Schwimmbad - alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten insgesamt eine tolle Zeit auf Usedom und können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

Erholsame Herbstwoche

Wir waren zum ersten Mal im "Haus Südwind" und können dieses, wie auch im Besonderen die Ferienwohnung absolut empfehlen. Auch für die Herbsttage ein guter Anlaufpunkt um Usedom zu erkunden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist. Die Nähe zur Hauptstr./Bahnlinie war gewöhnungsbedürftig - aber nach der ersten Nacht hat man schon nichts mehr wahrgenommen.

Tolle Fewo unweit vom Strand

Wir waren im August 2023 in dieser wirklich schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung. Die Fewo liegt 300m vom Strand entfernt und alles ist sauber und modern. In jedem Zimmer ein großer Flat TV und ein große Terrasse. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder und haben dann vielleicht mehr Glück mit dem Wetter. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben, war eine Mikrowelle.

Helle Wohnung mit großer Terrasse in toller Lage - nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt. Im Keller gibt es ein Schwimmbad, eine Sauna, einen Fitnessraum sowie Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Erholsame Tage

Wir haben die Wohnung und die Gegend sehr genossen. Einzig gab es Probleme mit dem TV. Er funktionierte immer wieder einmal nicht. Offensichtlich lag es an Störungen der Antennenanlage. Info für Gehbehinderte: eine hohe Schwelle zur Terrasse und kein befahrbarerer Zugang am Haupteingang. Menschen mit Rollator oder Rollstuhl gelangen nur über den Kellereingang ins Haus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man nur per Auto. Aber es gibt einen Bäcker in der Nähe. Die Bundesstrasse ist in der Nähe, aber man gewöhnt sich an die Geräusche durchfahrender Autos, die durch den Wald dazwischen etwas gedämmt werden. Der Strand und auch das Achterwasser sind sehr schön und es gibt diverse Restaurants in Laufnähe. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Alles prima, Wohnung, Terrasse mit Ausblick, Sauna, Schwimmbad und Nähe zum Meer sowie zum Bahnhof sind sehr angenehm. Auf der Terrasse ist die Bundesstraße nebenan zu Hauptverkehrszeiten laut.
