The holiday flat with one bedroom and a pull-out couch in the living room offers space for 2 to a maximum of 4 people and is the ideal starting point for your holiday in the Austrian Alps in the heart of Salzburg Land. The location of the flat is idyllic and quiet and yet only 2 kilometres away from the centre of Zell am See. The immediate vicinity of the Zeller See lake allows you to jump into the cool water on foot. The nearest lido, Seespitzt, is only 900 metres away and can be reached on foot. The holiday flat has approx. 45 square metres and has a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with shower as well as a separate toilet. A comfortable pull-out couch awaits you in the living room, which offers space for two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to spoil your loved ones with culinary delights even on holiday. W-Lan in the entire accommodation as well as free parking spaces directly at the house are of course available to our guests.The absolute highlight is the terrace, from where you have direct access to the garden and can fully enjoy the fresh alpine air and the view of the surrounding mountains. The ideal place to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee or to end the day in the evening with a glass of wine.In summer, you can hike, golf, swim and explore nature in the surrounding area. In winter, the ski resorts are nearby and offer endless possibilities for skiing and snowboarding on the Schmittenhöhe as well as on the Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun.
