Nice, Clean, Good location - lacking some small details

The B17 Penthouse was a very good rental. The location is great, the building is very nice, the view from the balcony is excellent. We stayed with 2 couples. The bed situation is okay, one bed that I would judge as a queen, the other two bedrooms have twin beds, but are in frames that do not allow you to push them together. The unit is spartan in it's decoration, you can tell that it is only a rental unit, no one lives there for any length of time. While there is a nice oven and stove top, there are poor selection of cooking utensils and pans. For a penthouse unit and a penthouse price, there are almost zero extras like soap or shampoo or dishwasher tabs or things like that. The pool is incredible - really nice. Easy walking distance to the waterfront where the restaurants are excellent. And right next to a very good diving shop.

Spacious and well located apartment

What a great apartment. It was a fantastic space that was bright and comfortable. The balcony runs the entire length of the apartment so great views of hills, fireworks, pool and the sea. It’s a short walk to the beach restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Tried it but never again

The apartment was ok, but the terrace was a big disappointment. It is placed in full sun all day and there was no cover apart from a very small parasol which can be bought in the local supermarket for EUR 10. The furniture on the terrace consists of 6 plastic chairs, 1 lounge chair incl. small table 2 plastic parasol feet and 2 sunbeds. This was informed to the landlord, who must have credit to provide with a new and better set of garden furniture. still not in the same condition as the once from the pictures We had expected to spend a lot of time on the large terrace, but it was not possible due to the heat. The pool was nice and big but limited with sunbeds and if you wanted to lie in the shade, you had to bring your own parasol down from the apartment.
