I recently stayed at this hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect—close to local attractions yet quiet enough for a peaceful night's rest. What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the exceptional service at the front desk. I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Wojciech, who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I checked in, he was friendly, professional. Nice hotel.

It was a nice hotel in a good location. Around a 5/10 minute walk to the main town street. Staff were always friendly and approachable. Was lovely and extremely quiet throughout the night. I personally found breakfast lacking but it was more suited to the Polish taste (which is understandable considering it's a Polish holiday resort)

A fantastic hotel in Zakopane. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed and well equipped amenities. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff were all so helpful. As we were there in the shoulder season, the upper floor area sitting area wasn't fully functional, but offered amazing views of the surrounding mountains. Would highly recommend this property to anyone considering this gem of a mountain town.
