Terrific

Terrific hotel in a quiet yet easily walkable to popular areas. Excellent breakfast to suit all diets. My only complaint is that there should be a restriction on children’s access to the jacuzzis.

Beautiful property - we really enjoyed our stay there. Zakopane, on the other hand, changed so much since I was a kid :). It was super busy. The city managers should control the amount of kitschy shops/ businesses and stands. It's outrageous how many are allowed on Gubalowska - it is not a shopping mall. You almost don't see the mountains.

We booked this hotel for the Spa and amenities, and despite being in a touristy area, never felt like we were waiting for anything. Whether sauna, pool, or hot tub - all were available. We were even able to book a massage with only a day's notice. Your experience may vary and we were very lucky, but nevertheless - it was great. Do not skip breakfast.

Front desk staff and concierge are very nice and helpful. Housekeeping is excellent, kind and the rooms and bedding are clean :) The restaurant on location is why u removed a star. The food made me ill. There are a couple of great places around the corner.

This is one of the best places I’ve stayed in the world. The staff do everything to provide a warm welcome. The facilities are stunning and the food and ambiance amazing! It’s a quick walk to everything and nestled in a beautiful and serene place. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the spa and fitness space remarkable! If there were more stars to give, I would! Thanks for another amazing experience!

Everything about the Aries was fantastic. From the time we checked in, and checked out. Very personal and professional check in not like any other. My second stay at ARIES Hotel & SPA Zakopane – and by far the best! The hotel is elegant and cosy, with a wonderful atmosphere. Service was excellent from start to finish – warm, professional, and attentive. Halka Restaurant impressed again with outstanding food. Can’t wait to be back!
