2 wonderful bathrooms with a nice master bedroom. Full kitchen. Large balcony with sea view. Pool. Easy parking and multiple restaurants in walking distance. Tip: do not leave the balcony door open if you dont want mosquitos in the apartment 😉

Large rooms

Very deceptive from the road, great size rooms, modern with large bathrooms. Breakfast is very basic and not worth the price. There is no bar or restaurant but there is a mini market at the end of the road and a few restaurants at a short walk

Demar place is spotless, the cleanest hotel we ever been! He was super a helpful host. The hotel driver was amazing, gave us lots of tips for photography spots and always on time! We loved so much, we added another night. 6 min drive to central busy Zatar, best location!

Beautiful Place to Stay in Zadar.

We had a wonderful 11 night stay at Demar residence. The place is as described and the photos are a perfect representation. The rooms are modern and comfortable and the pool area is lovely. We only had breakfast a couple of times, and although fairly basic, it was lovely and fresh and plentiful. Dennis is a great host and extremely helpful with his recommendations. The place itself is a little way out from the old town, but Bolt and Uber cabs are freely available at low prices.

Amazing place

Had the best time this accommodation was gorgeous, so clean and the service was second to non. We were in an economy room apparently but we overlooked the pool and the finish in the room was exceptional. Breakfast although not included in.price was lovely and the price of the drinks and mini bar were extremely reasonable. The area is fairly quiet with a number of restaurants in walking distance and the local harbour and beach about 20 minutes walk away. We really enjoyed our stay here and if we were to return to Zadar would definitely be back.

Beautifully laid out space. Nice room that we got. Comfortable. Privacy is not necessarily there as room was separated from next one over by a plant. Also, internet was very spotty in the room and completely disconnected for the evening we stayed. Otherwise, nice place and friendly hosts.

Attentive and caring host who showed us to our beautiful room, simply furnished but stylish with spacious bathroom. It also featured an oversized balcony with beautiful views out to the water. The area is under going development and appears to be an evolving trendy area for the future. Fresh breakfast spread was yummy too.
