Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus eine sehr schöne Woche mit der Familie verbracht. Es ist gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und bei der Ausstattung hat wirklich jemand mitgedacht. Es sind viele Kleinigkeiten vorhanden, die nicht selbstverständlich sind.Sehr gut für Kinder geeignet: diverse Spiele im Haus, Tischkicker und Tischtennis in der großen Garage, ein sehr schöner Spielplatz in kurzer Entfernung. Direkt nebenan ist eine große Wiese mit zwei Fußballtoren. Hier konnten wir unsere Kinder (7&8) auch mal alleine spielen lassen.Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist man aber nicht weit von allen möglichen Freizeitzielen entfernt. Wandern kann man direkt vom Haus aus.Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Sie sind da, wenn man sie braucht, jedoch keinesfalls aufdringlich.Wir können den Aufenthalt hier uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

- Sehr großes, topp ausgestattetes, schönes Haus - Sehr nette Gastgeber - Schöne Lage, aber etwas abgelegen. Ohne Auto wäre man verloren. Mit Auto erreicht man aber in 15 bis 60 Minuten den kompletten Bayrischen Wald inklusive Regensburg und Passau. - Ausflug-Top-Tipps: Eisvogelsteig Arnschwang, Freibad in Regen, Baumwipfelpfad Nationalpark Bayrischer Wald, Silberbergwerk Bodenmais, Großer Arber und großer Arbersee, Wildgarten Furth im Wald. - Anti-Tipp: Joska Glasparadies, hier geht es nur ums Geldmachen, besser einen anderen "Glas-Ort" aussuchen. Vielen Dank an Familie Hagengruber!

Großartige Ferienwohnung

Wir konnten tolle Tage im Baayrischen Wald erleben. Von Zachenberg kann man alle Richtungen gut erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist komfortabel ausgestattet und bietet vor allem für Familien mit Kindern viel Platz. Klasse war dass so viele Spiele vorhanden sind. Ideal ist auch der nahegelegene Spielplatz und es bieten sich viele Möglichkeiten die Natur zu genießen. Die Gastfamilie ist super nett und gastfreundlich, sie überraschten die die Kinder mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten. Vielen Dank.

Ein tolles Haus

Bei der Ankunft war die Vermieterin bereits am Haus. Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Da am Tag kein Mieterwechsel war, konnten wir viel früher ins Haus. Wir machen seit vielen Jahren Urlaub in Ferienhäusern. Ich habe noch nie ein Haus gesehen das so gut ausgestattet war. Es ist wirklich alles da!!! Mein absoluter Lieblingsplatz war das kleine Sofa in der Küche in der unteren Etage. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Viele Spiele für Kinder sind vorhanden und das Kinderzimmer ist nett hergerichtet. Im Garten gibt es eine Rutsche, gegenüber des Hauses befindet sich der Bolzplatz und in Sichtweite ein toller, großer Spielplatz. Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Woche, es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.

Super Schönes Haus

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt.Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und ordentlich.Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, sehr aufmerksam und bemüht. Man hat gemerkt, dass Kinder willkommen sind.Unsere Kinder haben sich sichtlich wohl gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen empfehlen.

Wir sind mit 4 Personen für eine Woche angereist und der erste Eindruck war sehr gut. Wir wurden von Frau Hagengruber nett empfangen und sie hat uns die wichtigsten Dinge erklärt. Außerdem hat sie uns ein Formular präsentiert, in dem wir uns unser Frühstücksgebäck wir diverse Brötchensorte, aber auch Betzeln und andere schöne Dinge für die Woche zusammenstellen konnten. Die Brötchen wurden täglich vom Bäcker bzw. Frau Hagengruber an die Tür gehängt. Das Haus an sich wirkte relativ neu erbaut. Alles war in einem äußerst gepflegtem Zustand und sehr sauber. Die beiden Küchen wirkten sehr modern und trotzdem rustikal. Es fehlt an nichts. Alle Küchengeräte waren vorhanden und sogar Gewürze, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch. Die Ausstattung fällt gegenüber anderen Ferienhäusern auffallend sehr umfangreich aus. Die Wohnzimmer waren modern eingerichtet und mit jeweils einen großen (42"?) Fernseher ausgestattet. Die Couchgarnituren waren sehr bequem und auch neu. Die Schlafzimmer waren recht geräumig und waren mit den wichtigesten Möbeln bestückt. Die Betten waren alle sehr bequem. Auf jeder Etage waren WC und Dusche in getrennten Zimmern zu finden, was gewisse Konflikte verhindert hat :-). Auch hier wurden die Räume in modernem Stil eingerichtet und wirkten sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ganz in der Nähe gibt einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Gaststätten. Ganz besonders möchten wir die Gasthöfe "Schön" und "Zottling" hervorheben, weil die dortige Küche jegliche Erwartungen übertroffen haben. Allerdings muss man sie erst mal finden. Aber Dank des Internets wird dies jedem leicht gelingen. Über die nahegelegenen Bundesstraße sind Tagesausflüge schnell zu organisieren. Wir planen für das nächste Jahr wieder bei den Hagengrubers zu wohnen um dort eine schöne Woche zu verbringen.
