ryokan was great. and comfortable but

i made reservation under 2/1. staffs were very nice. foods are so delicious. but room conditions were little bit uncomfortable. the fan heater was not operating at midnight in my room. so my party and me sleepless nights cause very cold. in the room, there are two fan heaters . but two heaters all doesn’t work.

อนเซนส่วนตัวดีงามมาก

Onsen ในห้องส่วนตัว ดีเลิศที่สุด บ่อใหญ่ และเป็นธรรมาชาติมากๆ ความร้อนของน้ำonsen ก็ดีมาก แต่ถ้ามาพักควรมีรถส่วนตัวมาค่ะ เดินทางเหมือนอยู่นอกเมือง ไม่มีอะไรหาทานได้เลย อืดท้องทีเดียวเลย

휴양에 특화되어 있어요. 주변소음도 없고 조용한게 쉬기 너무 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고, 음식도 맛있었어요. 다만 와이파이 신호가 조금 약한게 단점이랄까;;;; 그거만 빼면 아주 훌륭했습니다.

목적은 개인 노천이었으나 이날 숙박시설의 사정으로 개인노천을 이용할 수 없었습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 숙박 팀마다 개인적으로 찾아오셔서 차분히 상황을 설명하시고 그에 맞는 많은 서비스를 제공해 주시고, 숙박비까지 환불해주셔서 오히려 환불 받아도 되나 싶을 정도로 정성스래 저희 가족을 대접해주셨습니다. 노천 온천은 다른 장소까지 태워주셔서 잘 즐기고 올 수 있었고, 가이세키는 여전히 즐거웠습니다. 대처를 너무 잘해주셨고 당연하게도 불만은 전혀 없습니다.
