House is perfect to be near York hospital and staff. Perfect for rehab for my sister, with nurse visits and PT while awaiting her brain surgery.
Owner very willing to accomodate your needs. His maintenance man was just a phone call away if needed.

I have been looking at this property for a few years, wanting a place with a full kitchen and a private house. I gave 5 stars because it was pretty much what I was looking for. The plastic covering on the beds was a bit uncomfortable. I realize it’s more sanitary although I would suggest a washable fitted cover over the plastic mattress pad and then the sheets. It would cut the extra sweating that occurs lying on a sheet over the plastic. Also there was only one extremely worn out dish cloth and dish towel in the kitchen. Luckily I had planned on baking for an event and brought everything I needed for baking and clean up. Also, I booked the house for 4 people and there were only 3 towels. Again I travelled with extra towels just in case. I could have tried to contact the owner but we were extremely busy with finalizing and attending our mother’s funeral and then we left.
