A very nice little flat 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. Lovely thick carpets. The main bedroom is very nice indeed. Comfortable bed. Effective fan provided which was a godsend during hot weather. Kids bedroom was nice too and they loved the bunk bed set up, which was solid. There is outdoor space however it is shared and a small shadowy courtyard. Doesn't look used at all. The flat is a funny layout. We slept in the main room which is at the front of the flat and the kids room is right at the back. You have to walk through the hall, living room, kitchen then another hall area to reach them. They just felt a bit far away. Back door is right next to their room too. Door is totally secure though. I enjoyed the stay. Comms were excellent and the flat was spotless and very comfortable. If I had to pick fault there were only two toilet rolls provided. Needed a emergency run to the shop on the last day. Thats it, all I can think of. I would recommend booking.

Wonderful stay.

Had a wonderful stay at apartment 32 with the family. Super clean and all Covid Regulations were adhered to. Wonderful location to explore York and a beautiful home to relax in at the end of day. Rooms were large, kitchen was excellently equipped and the lounge room was perfect to relax in. The host was friendly and happy to help with anything and the only downside is that we weren’t there for long enough. I can’t wait to come back!

Great apartment

Had a lovely stay at number 32. Easy to find and a great position for being able to walk into town. Lovely quiet area. The apartment had everything we needed and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped, bedding and towels provided too. Good communication with owner. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

My family stayed at 3 bed and breakfasts in England this week. This location and property was one of the best. It was very comfortable, well appointed, and roomy (for England). It was clean and within walking distance to the major points of interest in York. We only spent one night here, but we all wished we had a couple other nights to spend.

Spacious home, easy to find and clean as you could hope for. Great for our family visit to York. Kitchen rubbish bin had no liner, and none to be found. We had to take all of our refuse out to the bins on the street.

The accommodation was clean and well presented. It was reasonably good value for money, i a good location near to the centre of York. The owner / property manager was really helpful finding out lots of information for us prior to arrival. They provided some milk and bread for when we arrived. It was a little difficult with the sleeping arrangments for six mates as it had a double bed, bunk (double at bottom, single at the top) and sofa bed and so one of use slept on the floor. An extra bathroom and a room with three single beds would have been ideal. Otherwise it was great, thank you. We wnet for a great walk in Yorkshire Dales, a great location to use as a base to travel to the Dales.

Exactly what we needed

The apartment was spacious, clean, well--appointed, and only a few minutes walk from a grocery store. About a ten minute walk to the Minster, and a 15-20 minute walk from train station.

O apartamento é excelente, muito bom pra estadia da nossa família de cinco pessoas. É central, as camas são boas e, embora tenha apenas um banheiro, como estávamos em família atendeu bem. Apenas dois pontos que não gostei: aqui na descrição constava que havia lavanderia, no entanto, coloquei umas roupas pra lavar e elas não secaram, pois a máquina era apenas lavadora. Outro ponto q não gostei foi o horário do check out, 10 horas. Se tivesse visto isso não teria reservado. Mas de resto o apartamento é excelente.
