The property was clean, however it was very dated, old shower, rusted shower, door handles throughout made lots of noise as did floor, so if anyone had to get up during the night all of the others sleep would be disruptive, hot tub had no heat options, and a lodge with hot tub that wants to charge extra £10 for bath robe, ...... really disappointing start to stay, pity no washing machine so all dirty clothes had to be kept in cases, had to use a knife to open freezer door as the handle on cupboard housing had broken, old wall paper had been painted but was vey patchy and broken in lots of ares, stayed in lots of lodges in york, i should have gave them positive reviews instead of no reviews as now i realise high standard's are not always the norm !!!!
