Once we were able to check in, we did not have any other difficulties. The apartment was immaculate and very nicely decorated. Very conveniently located to everything. The difficulty was entering in the later evening. It was confusing. Once in, no other problems.

Great location. Busy on Saturday. Everything in apartment suited us. Wifi and heat kept shutting down. Figured out on our own to shut everything down and turn on. Worked like a charm after that. Would be nice to have a few kitchen staples as we are coming from another country with no car so difficult to carry salt, cooking oil, plastic wrap, kitchen paper as we travel.

Wonderful York trip

Great location, clean, comfortable, very nicely furnished, secure. There were three of us, my husband, me and my sister. We liked being able to come back to the apartment any time we wanted to-location in city centre made this possible. Close to everything. Apartment is on the second floor, but there is an elevator (we used the stairs). Queen bed in the master is two singles pushed together, and a dresser or drawers in the second bedroom would be helpful, or maybe a luggage rack. All in all, we'd come back again.

Right in the centre of York but very quiet. Easy to access. Decent size kitchen, main bathroom and lounge. Well equipped. Great view of the Minster. Only issue was the bedding needed a little airing (pillow cases did not smell like they had dried properly)

12 Stonegate Court - March 2020

The process of having to return the parking permit to the flat and then the keys to the office is a pain, particularly if you have to leave your car in the car park as this means extra expense once the parking permit is taken back. The television reception is awful. The one in the kitchen didnt seem to work at all and the one in the lounge had virtually no tuned channels when we arrived. We retuned the set but still could not get any BBC channels and the ones that did tune in initially kept disappearing. It would be good to know what food.drink is provided at the outset but there is a small food shop next door. Otherwise the location is great and the flat is well presented. Otherwise, the flat is very nice
