Absolutely lovely hostel run by very friendly and helpful family. Felt completely safe, comfortable and welcomed at all times. Location is excellent for the price as easily walkable to the majority of tourist sights as well as the metro stop. The size of the hostel is perfect as it's feels like a real home but is large enough to meet others to spend time with if you wish to. Kitchen and bathrooms were always clean and tidy and all dormitory beds had privacy curtains. The staff/family are always around to help if you need anything at all and the young lady who I normally spoke with spoke great English. I really look forward to staying again in the near future.

Great Hostel

The bed is very clean and even the bathroom. This is a cash only place, make sure to have cash on hand. The location is right in the middle of Yerevan City Centre. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Short but intense weekend!

I had an amazing at Armena Hostel during the weekend. I stayed for a weekend in which there was a wedding and both the staff and other guests where extremely friendly and helpful! Hope to be back soon! Merci Shat!

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Struttura fatiscente e sporca ubicata non nella via principale ma dentro un cortile interno. La si trova a tentativi perché non esiste nessuna insegna. Le foto della struttura non sono assolutamente corrispondenti a quello che si trova una volta arrivati. Camera e lenzuola già sporche all'arrivo e in 5 giorni MAI rifatta né pulita la camera né mi hanno fatto trovare nuovi asciugamani a parte quello dati all'arrivo in camera. Bagno in comune senza finestra e molto sporco. Ogni volta che si tenta di fare una doccia si allaga tutto il bagno dato che non c'è un piatto doccia. Per carità è vero che il prezzo è molto basso ma almeno si dovrebbe garantire la pulizia della struttura. Le pareti sembrano di carta velina per cui sentirete ogni rumore degli altri ospiti anche fino alle 3-4 di mattina. Unica nota positiva l'ubicazione dato che si è a due passi dalla piazza principale di Yerevan e si è in Pushkin Street, strada piena di locali, caffetterie e market. Se avete come me un'auto a noleggio non avrete problemi per parcheggiarla gratuitamente nei dintorni della struttura (attenzione ai parcheggi con strisce rosse a terra che sono a pagamento). Mi dispiace per i ragazzi che gestiscono la struttura perché sono anche disponibili e simpatici (come tutti gli armeni del resto) ma non si può tenere così una struttura anche se un ostello.
