The property is situated just a few minutes’ walk from the promenade and offers wonderful views across to the Solent and mainland. From the door you can walk or cycle to Yarmouth and Freshwater along an old railway line following alongside The Yar Estuary and river. This is the perfect spot for bird watchers. Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
