We are delighted to offer this stunning villa in a rare, unrivalled frontline location in Playa Blanca, boasting breathtaking views of the coast, the sea, and the islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. The property is situated within a gated estate, with a private gate and ramp providing direct access to the seafront walkway.



The villa is just a 7 to 8-minute walk from Playa Flamingo beach, where you will find cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Superior dining options are also available within a 6 to 7-minute walk at nearby locations. The villa offers a welcoming, home-like atmosphere with three air-conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en suite. The master bedroom’s bathroom and one of the twin bedrooms both have large walk-in power showers, while the third bathroom features a bath with a shower over it. The spacious lounge and dining area provide stunning views of the sea and islands.



Step outside to enjoy the impressive views from the large terrace and heated swimming pool. The exterior also includes a covered dining area, a barbecue, and a charming seating area under the trees—perfect for relaxing and watching the sunset. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. The villa offers internet TV (smart TV) and free WiFi.
