New listing! Hundreds of 5 star reviews from previous site! Acres of beautiful, landscaped grounds and a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean will greet you when you arrive at the Oregon House. With Cape Perpetua to the north, Siuslaw National Forest to the east, and Heceta Head Lighthouse to the south, the Oregon House is located on some of the most beautiful and dramatic scenery along the Oregon coast.

This fun and chic one bedroom apartment, named Pelican, is centrally located in building 3 right below Eagle at Oregon House and is perfect for enjoying some getaway time. The spacious living area is perfect for curling up with a good book, watching a favorite movie or for watching an approaching storm over the Pacific. The separate bedroom, with a comfy king bed, has an additional sitting area and television for some added privacy. This apartment has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, mini-fridge, toaster oven and coffee maker, amongst other kitchen gadgets, so that you can enjoy meals in or go find one of the fabulous restaurants located along the coast.

Planning your stay with additional friends and family? There are eight more units available at Oregon House in case you need the room! The Oregon House can accommodate up to 22 people and is perfect for either a romantic getaway, a business retreat or a family reunion! The location makes the Oregon House the perfect home base for exploring the central Oregon coast.

Lovely views, location, and space.

I would stay here again. The space was perfect for me and my baby. Very quiet, just a short drive from Yachats and very close to awesome hikes. The beach is perfect and an easy walk down to it from the room. My room had a defective space heater and there was some clunkiness in trying to communicate with the manager to resolve that, but it wasn't a big deal and I figured out a solution myself.

Well maintained beautiful spot above the beach. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen sink is tiny and hard to wash dishes. Property management was green to communicate with. Quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay.
