Magníficas vistas frente al mar y acceso privado a la bahía

El Coromandel es un refugio al aire libre famoso por su impresionante belleza natural y cultura relajada. Con algunos de los mejores climas de Nueva Zelanda, Coromandel es un destino para visitantes durante todo el año. El acceso a la ciudad de Coromandel es a través de la hermosa carretera de la costa o ferry directamente desde Auckland.

Pase su tiempo caminando, montando en bicicleta, nadando o simplemente relajándose en este hermoso paisaje natural.

Situada en la impresionante bahía de Wyuna, Sea La Vie es un moderno y bien equipado paseo marítimo de Bach con vistas ininterrumpidas de 180 grados del puerto de Coromandel hasta la bahía de Te Kouma. Los rangos se presentan como un telón de fondo del puerto y ofrecen espectaculares amaneceres a través del agua. Al final del día, camine por la carretera y tome asiento en Sunset Bench para disfrutar de las impresionantes puestas de sol del Golfo Hauraki.

Los deslizadores de rancho de doble apilador conducen a la cubierta, lo cual es perfecto para esa barbacoa de la tarde.

Deambule por el paseo marítimo y descienda directamente hacia la playa de Wyuna Bay para darse un baño, o tome los 2 kayaks para remar.

Garaje de acceso interno único con estacionamiento adicional en la unidad de concreto y estacionamiento de grava fuera de la carretera para un remolque de automóviles y botes en la parte superior de la casa (esto es ligeramente inclinado y el estacionamiento es bajo su propio riesgo).

Beautiful views, very well appointed kitchen and furnishings. Be aware that water access requires extreme fitness due to very large altitude difference between house and water. Close proximity to fun shopping, restaurants, and views that are un-matched!

Our family of four (2 adult kids) have just come home from an amazing week staying in this holiday home. Highlights include the stunning views from the deck, a quick pop across the road for sunset vistas, a large and well-appointed kitchen, access to kayaks and daily swims in the bay at high tide. The location is private and peaceful, and ideally situated to explore the surrounding Coromandel peninsula with Coromandel town close by for supplies (Whangapoua and New Chums beach are a must!). Easy, quick communication with the owner and will most definitely be staying again.

Great house and location

Great spacious house in fantastic location with fabulous view of the Bay towards Coromandel and around to Te Kouma. Have stayed there many times and keep going back.

The place is lovely. Quiet, great view of the bay, and kitted out well. We enjoyed a the morning sun and kayak and cosy evenings. Plenty available to do within easy reach, whether staying local or just popping over the hill to the east coast. The stingrays trawling the waterfront are visible from the deck and along with the dolphins jumping on the point were a highlight of the outlook.
