总体还行吧，离要去的地方比较近，但服务确实一般。 我们两个人一同办入住，要了两个房间，结果前台把卡装错了，导致我们都打不开房门，下去问的时候其实我们自己也想到了可能是卡被装反了，就想反正下来了就请前台再核实一下，结果前台理直气壮的反过来质疑我们，说你们是不是拿反了……拜托是您把卡和房间号给装反了好吗？不说个不好意思吗？ 然后退房时我要发票，前台说没有，要通过hotels.com开，我就说之前住的酒店都是酒店开一部分网站开一部分，前台眼皮都不抬语气不耐的说：不知道，我们家就是不开的，你联系网站吧。
