Hotel was magnificent, but the rooms were really spread out and it takes a long while to walk to the assigned room. Breakfast buffet was also really expensive with little variety.

It is a resort style hotel with nice lake views and gardens for walking. I stayed over a weekend when the hotel was filled with local family patrons ... hotel did not have sufficient staffs to deal with the crowded chaos.

总体还是很开心的 服务人员态度很亲切，周边风景也不错 床也很舒服，很好睡觉。就是结账的时候忘记算钱 回家了服务人员打电话让我微信转给她，让我有点差异。走的时候再三确认了，还是出了问题。个人觉得培训方面和岗上监督环节还可以再提升一些。从客户满意度上考虑，也是可以更人性化一些。例如，抹零或者给个代金券什么的，对酒店失职给客人带来不必要的麻烦表示歉意，虽然酒店硬性条件不错，也不要疏忽了软件建设，希望以后不要出这种问题了。

This hotel is appropriate for company meetings and holidays for Chinese families--Chinese, because if you have a choice of regions and countries, there's no reason to go to Wuhan. The hotel is a 30-minute cab ride from the nearest subway and an hour from the airport and Wuhan downtown. Facilities are nice but in poor repair. Good food.
