This was not the property that I booked. It was a different location to the one that we booked which we had our transfer organized to drop us to. We had to drag our luggage across the city to the new location. When we got there we had a few hours to wait until our room was ready so we went for lunch and arrived back at 3pm. We were given a key to room 206 and we made our way up to it. We opened to door to a room that was only half built and not clean. I went back to reception and explained this to the girl at the desk. She didn’t believe me and I had to persuade her to have a look. She did and then issued us a key to a different room. No apology was given. We went to room 313 and at least this room was ready. Upon a closer look it was not clean with the bin in the toilet still full from the previous occupant’s.
The room was spacious with two windows but they did not have blinds so at sun rise ,5.30am, you were blinded by the sun.
We had no where to store our clothes as there was only one rack with three hangers. There was a little area to cook but it only had enough plates for one person.
We had no house keeping for the five days we were there and had to use the same towels for the five days and we had to purchase toilet rolls ourselves.
I understand that this a inexpensive place to stay but cleaning standard should be the same no matter where you stay.
I would not have picked this location when booking , I didn’t pick this location. I am not happy
