The reception staff were really great, the two gentlemen couldn't have been more helpful. This is what makes a long journey worth it, when you walk into a reception area and met with a smile and asked how can they help? Never stayed at this Days Inn before, but have already recommended it to friends and family.

The hotel is at the motorway service station but it is surprisingly quiet for the location. The hotel is a little dated but the room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Staying for one night on the way to the Malvern Show it worked perfectly for us.

Very pleasant one night stay, we arrived on a very warm sunny day. We got to our room and found the window open and an electric fan, so we had a cool and very comfortable night. Parking was free and very easy and reception was welcoming. Our only grip would be that you have to go next door, to the services to source your breakfast.
