"We took a room with a balcony, but it could never be used because the drainage didn't work, and due to the rain, it was always flooded. The swimming pool was crowded and lacked enough chairs. Also, it was bad to notice upon arrival that they do not offer self-parking and that I was forced to pay $40 a day for valet parking."
