This holiday home has been beautifully refurbished to provide a luxurious retreat in the heart of Orford.

With a long garden leading to open fields, the views are rivalled by few, providing a perfect secluded spot to for a sundowner. With the most fabulous local store, a bakery, a butcher and two local pubs, once you have arrived you have no need to get back in the car - everything is available on foot.
For those wanting to go further afield there are forests to explore, cultural events at Snape Maltings, the renowned Unruly Pig just outside Woodbridge and the popular seaside town of Aldeburgh only a 20-minute drive away.

This charming cottage has a lovely, open-plan living and dining room at the front with a fantastic open fireplace, smart TV, two armchairs, a sofa and a dining table for 4 people. Next to the living room is a well-equipped, shaker-style kitchen and there is a family bathroom located towards the back of the property benefitting from a walk-in shower, wash basin and WC. Please note there is no bath at this property.

Upstairs there are two beautifully decorated bedrooms, one king size with bedside tables, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a second with two small single beds, bedside tables and storage. Please note the stairs are fairly steep so please take care when using them.

Outside there is a long back garden with fabulous views and outdoor furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying an evening meal with a glass of wine during the summer months.

Please note this property allows one well behaved dog from April through until September. As dog owners we hope yours has a wonderful stay too. Lovely locations

Lovely little terrace house in a great location. Very steep stairs and low doorway for staircase so kept bumping out heads and could do with a foam protector on door frame. Kitchen is small so not ideal for cooking in but otherwise lovely decor and good shower. We still have not received our damage deposit back though and it has been more than 3 weeks since our stay and there was no damage to the property or the contents and not contact about it either. I would have given it 4 stars otherwise.
