The Space:

Flinders Hideaway is thoughtfully designed with modern styling, light-filled interiors, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Bedding Configuration:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Bedroom 2: Double bed

Bedroom 3: Single bed with trundle pull-out mattress



The home features a comfortable open-plan living area with split system air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort. Relax on the lounge and enjoy a calm, coastal-inspired setting after a day exploring the area.



The fully equipped kitchen includes all essentials for easy meal preparation, along with a coffee machine, oven, cooktop, fridge, microwave, toaster, and kettle. A washing machine and dryer are also provided for added convenience during longer stays.



The modern bathroom is well-appointed and includes a separate toilet for practicality and guest convenience.



Step outside to enjoy the outdoor dining table overlooking a peaceful green space, perfect for morning coffee, casual meals, or unwinding in the fresh air. Pets are welcome however are must remain outside.

Other Things to Note:

We accept Visa and Mastercard only. A 25% deposit is payable at the time of booking confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 13 days prior to check-in. Please ensure sufficient funds are available, as fees may apply for declined transactions. Access codes will only be released once the security hold has been successfully processed.



Any stays longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning, with an extra clean charged at each 14-day interval throughout the booking.



Main guest must be 21 years old or over. Guests will receive a link to our online check-in form once the booking is confirmed. This form must be completed by the main guest prior to arrival.



Please be advised that we strictly enforce a no-noise, no-party policy. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with permanent residents nearby; therefore, we are unable to accommodate “hens/bucks” events or “schoolies” bookings. The property is best suited to families or friends seeking a peaceful getaway.



Linen and bath towels are provided for all guests, and beds will be made prior to your arrival for your convenience. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.



If you’re bringing your pet, please remember to bring their own bedding and bowls, and ensure all mess is cleaned up before departure. Pets are strictly outdoors only, if there is any evidence of pets inside the home, additional cleaning fees will apply.
