Manager went more than the extra mile to help

I arrived very late during the night; couldn't gain access because I hadn't followed system 100% ; called for help ; Manager arrived on his bike, and helped amazingly.

Good place for a tourist.

Very user friendly accommodation. Breakfast is like a packed lunch, but OK. Rooms are spacious, and include a Play-station & charging points for mobile phones, tablets, etc. My room didn't have any blinds or curtains on the top half of the windows, so early morning wake-up alarms weren't needed. Overall a good experience - nothing bad at all, everything worked properly & room was clean. It is self catering so no chambermaids to make up the bed, change towels or clean up.

Das Team der Pumpengasse setzt das moderne und alternative Hotelkonzept perfekt um! Die persönliche Atmosphäre ist einzigartig und so kein zweites Mal in Wolfsburg zu finden. Sowohl die Appartements als auch die Zimmer sind modern ausgestattet und verfügen alle über einen HD-Flatscreen inkl. Playstation 4 und Netflix Zugang. Die großzügige und sehr gut ausgestattete Gemeinschaftsküche bietet alles was der Hobbykoch unter der Woche braucht, inkl. gut ausgestattetem Gewürzregal ;-) Becks-Bier, Wasser und Softdrinks stehen ebenfalls kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Leitende vor Ort ist stehts bei Fragen und Problemen aller Art verfügbar und trägt durch seine Aufgeschlossenheit einen Großteil zur positiven Athmosphäre bei! Zur sportlichen Betätigung stehen u.a. Sprossenwände, Tischtennisplatte, Tischkicker sowie Dartscheibe zur Verfügung. Bleibt noch der morgendliche Kaffee, das Müsli und die gut gefüllte Frühstückstüte mit Brot, Brötchen, Ei, saisonalem Obst und Joghurt.
