Let yourself be enchanted by this unique object in Europe. Completely built on stilts in the water, here are a few stilt houses in Carolinensiel - Harlesiel with special charm and in an exceptional location between the marina and Friedrichsschleuse.
Your stake house is completely surrounded by water and is accessed via an access gate. Living on the water makes your holiday a special experience.

Enjoy the view of the Harle, the marina and the immediate proximity to the North Sea and the beach. Watch the boats passing by or let the day fade away in enchanting sunsets.

From this side of the semi-detached house enjoy the direct view and the beautiful view of the marina and the sailing school. Extra large windows let in a lot of light and sun. On the spacious south and west-facing terrace you can relax and watch the hustle and bustle on the Harle.
Enchanting sunsets invite you to dream and let the day fade away.

In the living room two comfortable sofas are waiting for you and an electric fireplace provides for a particularly comfortable atmosphere. A glass door shields the upper bedrooms from the noise and noise of the living room and kitchen.
The spacious terrace is framed with a glass border. This leaves the view of the Harle free and protects the sun from the wind.

In both bathrooms you will find generous rain showers and one toilet each. The lower bathroom houses the Finnish sauna.

Fantastic!

The house was excellent and exactly as pictured. The location was great and it is quite an experience to live on the water. There are numerous activities, restaurants and shops within walking distance of the house. We stayed with our three kids - ages 6, 3, 1 - and were not missing anything. Nadine was always quick to respond and very nice to work with. We look forward to coming back in the future and would highly recommend to stay here!

Sehr schönes Hause in bester lage. Ruhig zum erholen und doch fußläufig alles zu erreichen. Leckere Restaurants und Cafe im Ort. Für Hundebesitzer perfekt. Viele Möglichkeiten für den Spaziergang. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Extrem schön! Sauberes Haus, irre gut ausgestattet, windgeschützt durch die tolle, durchsichtige Terrassenumrandung (da freuen sich auch die Hunde), alles hochmodern und lädt insgesamt unbedingt auf das Wiederkommen ein. Schade ist allersings, dass selbst für 6 Personen nur 1 Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht (das 2. Auto muss irgendwo hin, wo es fast überall nicht parken darf).Vorteilhaft wäre es auch, die genaue Anleitung der Sauna mitzuteilen (z.B. lange drücken, bis sie anspringt).Dann aber ist sie ein Genuss.Auch bei dem super tollen Kamin haben wir es nur durch Zufall herausgefunden, wie er funktioniert....dann allerdings war er der Knaller...Leider gab es beim Einchecken Probleme mit der Hausnummer 8 und 8 a. Wir sollten 8 a beziehen, wo allerdings schon jemand wohnte. Nach Info des Verwalters ist das wohl aber ein immer wiederkehrendes Problem, sodass man hierfür mal eine Lösung finden sollte, um die Gäste nicht schon bei der Ankunft zu verunsichern.Ansonsten kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Das Haus ist ein wirklicher Traum, die Terrasse ist groß und hat einen tollen Blick. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter genießt man die Aussicht aufs Wasser vom Esstisch, dem Sofa oder aus dem Bett heraus. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, dem Hausmeister etc. hat gut geklappt und man hat immer sehr schnell auf alles eine Antwort bekommen und sie haben versucht, alles möglich zu machen. Toll ist auch, dass man einen festen Strandkorb am schönen Sandstrand hat.Ein Minuspunkt für uns mit Kindern war, dass wir aufgrund einer Baustelle und einer damit einhergehenden Sperrung einen deutlich längeren Weg an den Strand hatten, als im Inserat angegeben war. Insgesamt sind wir bestimmt 40 Minuten gelaufen, da man momentan einen großen Umweg laufen muss. Dafür können die Vermieter nichts, aber vielleicht könnte man das auf der Website erwähnen. Bald müsste der kurze Weg zum Strand ja wieder begehbar sein;)Ein weiterer kleiner Minuspunkt ist, dass es nur einen Stellplatz vor dem Haus gibt. Das wussten wir vorher und uns wurden auch die Hintergründe dazu erklärt aber toll wäre es trotzdem gewesen, eine kostenfreie Abstellmöglichkeit in der Nähe für einen zweiten PKW zu haben.Insgesamt können wir das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Es gibt viele kleine Annehmlichkeiten und man sieht, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gehandelt wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine echte „Perle“

Es waren traumhafte 5 Tage in der Perle am Yachthafen. Das Haus überzeugt bereits überwiegend durch die einzigartige Lage. Aber das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die liebevollen Details wie eine Auswahl an Kaffeemaschinen, atmosphärische Tischleuchten und der Kamin machen das Haus noch besonderer. Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war unkompliziert und immer freundlich! Vielen Dank für die schöne Auszeit an unserer geliebten Nordsee.

Wir hatten wunderschöne 4 Tage in diesem wundervollen Haus.Die Lage ist traumhaft und auch im Winter toll!Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und hat wirklich alles was man benötigt.Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt!Auch die Sauna ist toll und würde gerne von uns genutzt.Die Buchung,so wie die Schlüsselübergabe klappte super.Es gab sogar zur Begrüßung noch ein Fläschchen für uns und ein Spielzeug für unseren Hund.Ich durfte meinen 50.Geburtstag an diesem tollen Ort mit meinen Liebsten feiern...es war einfach toll!Gerne kommen wir wieder! erholsamer Nordsee Urlaub

Ein feiner Urlaub, die Zimmer sind sehr ansprechend und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles sehr gepflegt. Im Haus findet man alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr gut erreichbar. Ein perfekter Standort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Über den Wasserzugang am Haus kann man gut mit dem SUP oder mitgebrachten Boot auf der Harle fahren und herrlich angeln.
