This space is adjacent to the kitchen, which boasts slate tiled flooring, solid wood cabinets, new black appliances that complement the new black granite countertops, and a custom center island for those who prefer a buffet-style meal.
The primary bedroom features a king bed with new furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom that has been renovated to include a dual vanity and a tiled shower enclosure.
The second bedroom contains a queen bed and has access to the second full bathroom located in the main hallway. Please note that there is no air conditioning.
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
