This cozy studio apartment has everything you need for stay. The kitchen comes with all dinnerware and silverware. There is a full size refrigerator, 2-burner electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker and more. The Smart TV comes with a local streaming app plus you can watch Netflix, Disney +, etc with your log in info.

On the day of your arrival, you'll be provided with a code for the keypad. No keys necessary.

I live locally should an emergency arise.

Extremely satisfied with this rental

Jason, the owner/point of contact , was accessible when I had a question. The location is ideal for enjoying Winter Garden. Walking distance to all the shops and across the street from the West Orange Trail. Great trails for miles!Exceptionally clean and spacious bedroom. I will be going back with my wife and will try to book this again.

Great location for our needs.

We had a nice two-night stay at this studio. It's small, but we were cozy and happy with the location, and cleanliness. It was stocked with everything we needed, with a few extra appreciated items. The host had excellent communication. We had an unexpected situation, and it was handled immediately.

Studio in Winter Garden

Our little studio was very clean, had a comfortable bed & our host was very quick to respond to our needs. The only downside was the street was quite noisy. But it was easy to walk to shops & restaurants in cute little Winter Garden.

Very nice!

I was really happy with everything. Parking was easy, the apartment in a modernized old home had everything I needed, and the bed was beyond comfortable! Everything was super clean. The central location is perfect for doing anything in Winter Garden. I had a very nice stay, no complaints!

Cute and cozy

The unit is clean and well maintained. Indeed very close to downtown and all the cute shops and great restaurants. The bathroom is very tiny and will not accommodate a person of size. Other than that it is a great spot with a very responsive manager.
