Minimalist Stay
Easy access in Winston-Salem. Full home on a beautiful lot overlooking a farm field. Home offers a queen-size bed and a full bed, two separate bathrooms, and off-street parking on a hard packed driveway. This stay is for the minimalist, not the picky. Ideal for those who are just looking for a clean bed and bathrooms. What is provided: fridge, microwave, sinks, soap, basic linens, toilet paper, 2 beds with clean sheets and pillows, heating, cooling, and electricity. Besides the two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, the rest of the house is empty. Very basic, but comfortable. Any questions on what is included or is not included, please reach out. I am very flexible and willing to work with you.

The host was very accommodating and communicated well. The house was recently remodeled and very clean. The yard in front and back is large and covered in grass, very nice for pets. The description as minimalist is accurate. There are standard appliances, two beds, equipped bathrooms...that is it...just as advertised. No complaints, just nothing like we have booked before.One note - we only saw a recycle can outside, not a garbage can as we left.If available, we will book again.
