It's an older home built in 1908 with many upgrades and character.A Newly renovated suite with a quiet office and living space located in the best possible area to Visit Winnipeg! Large area for one or two people to enjoy. Easy access to everything in the city from this centrally located place. The living space is over 800 square feet with a large kitchen and living room The Bedroom has French Pocket doors that close for privacy. Like the Hummingbird, this suite stands for intelligence, Beauty, devotion, and Love. It is a suite meaning you have 100 percent control of the kitchen ( fully supplied) kitchen and bathroom. There are over 800 square feet of living space with your kitchen and bathroom. Plus parking and laundry.The new city of Winnipeg by law state only 29 days per booking. To accommodate longer stays a second or third booking is required.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.
