All of this with fantastic views towards Rakaia Gorge, Mt Hutt Ski Field and surrounding mountains, and located 1 hours drive from Christchurch airport & 20 minutes from Methven Township and the base of Mt Hutt skifield.
Villa 238 contains 3 bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms contain California Kings with the 3rd bedroom containing 2 Single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with raised double spa bath. A second bathroom services the other 2 bedrooms. The villa is fully self-contained with a full kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave, open plan living/dining area, laundry facilities and covered car park.
The Terrace Downs Resort provides for a full range of activities from golf, tennis courts, gym, walking, biking, health spa, clay bird shooting, horse rides, jet boating, restaurants. Helicopter flights can also be arranged from the clubhouse with a shuttle service to Mt Hutt ski field from the club house during the ski season.

Easy to book and communication was excellent. We however took a while to find the place so some instructions as part of booking would be great. A few appliances were not working but that did not detract from the visit. Warm, very tidy, exquisite views. Great place to stay.

Great winter break
Spacious and clean and tidy. Beautiful views and scenery and lots of walks to do around the area, even in winter. Close to the base of Mt Hutt. Very happy we stayed here and would come back again.
